About Me

I am a passionate and dedicated undergraduate from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, pursuing a BSc. (Hons) degree in Food Science & Technology. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in food chemistry, microbiology, processing, and quality assurance.
My aspiration is to become a leading Food Technologist, contributing to the industry through innovative product development and ensuring the highest standards of food safety. I am particularly interested in the fields of sensory evaluation, food preservation, and sustainable food systems. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills in a challenging professional environment.
